Custom Engraved Items
Items with custom engraving are final sale and not eligible for return, except for manufacturer defects (non-accidental) or damage sustained during delivery. Warranty remains valid for such cases. -
Condition of Returned Items
All returns must be:- Unused and in new condition
- In original packaging with seals intact
