  • Custom Engraved Items
    Items with custom engraving are final sale and not eligible for return, except for manufacturer defects (non-accidental) or damage sustained during delivery. Warranty remains valid for such cases.
  • Condition of Returned Items
    All returns must be:

    • In original packaging with seals intact
  • Shipping & Fees
    • Customer-Initiated Returns: Customers are responsible for return postage costs, which vary by selected carrier.
