About 24-hour monitoring:
This DVR is only compatible with vehicles equipped with 12V power supply. 24V power supply will burn out the motherboard. If you need to use 24V power supply, please add a 24V to 12V converter (BL).
About Video:
Our dashcam is a 4K video recorder, and a high-quality Class 10 TF card must be used. Any low-quality/low-speed TF card cannot support our dashcam to work properly. If you are not sure that you have a high-quality TF card, please also purchase our original TF card.
About Rear Camera:
Due to the different chipset and camera sensor from other sellers, we only guarantee that the original rear camera can be perfectly compatible with our dashcam.

The dashcam needs to be equipped with a high-speed C10 or higher memory card to work properly. It is recommended to purchase memory card packaging in our store to avoid adverse reactions to the product due to purchasing unqualified memory cards!
